Thats great Wayne and well done for phoning it in. Lets look at the problem in a bit more depth. The draconian laws which allow these people to place nets like that are wrong. So is the law which also allows a boat (under 10 meters) to lay nets up to the shore is also wrong. We should start a campaign to get these laws changed. These are the issues that I am going to have a meeting with WAG about. I am going to push for nets to be banned for 1 mile from the high tide mark, for the whole length of the north Wales coast. Wag must see how many returning fisherman are now not bringing their families back to north Wales because of the nets along our coast line, and just how much financial damage is being done to the local coastal economies. Rant over.

It is great to see that the 0800 80 70 60 number is getting some stick. We have to keep calling in and reporting what we believe is illegal activity.
Well done and a big thank you
