We are now all stakeholders with regards to fishery control regulations.
For those few people that take an interest of what is happening in the political world with regards to the marine environment, and our sports and hobbies. Being registered as a stakeholder will give us the chance to comment on the way in which these issues are being set up and organized. I know that in general people just can't be bothered with the politics of it all, but this is what the authorities rely on.

Dear Sir/Madam
In December 2008 we circulated to interested organizations a stakeholder engagement paper on this proposal from the Commission for a new Fisheries Control Regulation.
We have now prepared an impact assessment of the costs and benefits of the proposal as currently drafted.
We would welcome your views on the proposal and our assessment of its potential impact. Further details on both documents are in the attached letter.
Please forward all comments and responses to this email to Rebecca Dominey, Fishing Industry Management, Marine Programme, Area 2c Noble House, 17 Smith Square, London SW1P 3JR, by Friday 24 June 2009.
