At the time of writing, [glow=red,2,300]Defra is also seeking the public’s views [/glow]on an MPA Strategy, [glow=red,2,300] which sets out how it is intended that the MPA network (in waters over which the Secretary of State has jurisdiction) will be developed and managed.[/glow] Copies are available from www.defra.gov.uk/corporate/consult/marine-conservation-zones/index.htm. Further information concerning the Marine and Coastal Access Bill, including this draft guidance note (and any subsequent revisions to it) is available on the Defra website at: www.defra.gov.uk/marine/biodiversity/marine-bill/guidance.htm. This is the full document for those that are interested. Steve www.defra.gov.uk/marine/pdf/biodiversity/guidance-note1.pdf
